Shipping & Returns

At the moment we do not ship products out of the general area. With the weight of flooring the cost is too great. We do provide free local delivery on minimum orders. We do provide delivery outside of the local area to approximately an hour drive from our location for a fee. Please contact the store for more information.

Area Rug Free Shipping

Area rugs up to 8×11 in size are shipped free to most addresses within Canada!  Shipping charges apply for over-size rugs (8’6″x12’0″ or larger) and/or rugs shipped to remote areas of Canada. Flooring is not applicable for free shipping.

Your shipping rates will vary based on the item(s) in your order and may be determined by weight, size, and destination.

Area rugs are shipped free to most addresses within Canada for online area rug purchases. Shipping is through the most viable courier. The courier will not specify a time. Orders should arrive within 7-10 business days if the item is in stock.

Please note that extra charges apply for over-size rugs (8’6″x12’0″ or larger) and/or rugs shipped to remote areas of Canada. We will notify you if there is an oversize shipping issue.
